全て商品が届きました。しかし。「Ａ」については運送途中にダメージを受けており、
運送会社が持ち帰りました。現在「Ａ」はTNT-JAPANが保管しています。
TNT-JAPANからのアドバイスを以下にお伝えします。
「TNT:送料は出品者様がお支払しているため、そちらの「TNT」へ損害賠償の
請求を行って頂けますでしょうか？」
私は200ドルのキャッシュバックで納得いたします。お手数お掛けしますが、
出品者様の方でアクションを起こして頂きます。

I received all items I had ordered. But the item "A" was damaged in transit and the delivery company took it back. It is kept by "TNT-JAPAN" now.
I forward the comment which was given by "TNT-JAPAN" as follows.
"Because the shipping cost is paid by the sender, could you please kindly claim for damage to the sender-side TNT?"
I will be able to satisfied if you would give me 200 dollars back. Please kindly take your own action for claiming for damage to TNT.

TNT-JAPAN advised as following:
TNT-JAPAN: The shipping fee was paid by the seller so please claim against damage to the seller towards TNT.

But due to the damage that undergone to A during carriage, the trucking company took the item back with them. So, "A" is currently stored is TNT-JAPAN.
Below, I am giving the address that I received from TNT-JAPAN.
TNT: Will the damages claimed by seller be compensation by concerned TNT?
A cash back of 200 dollars will be satisfactory for me.
Now there is an action required to be taken from the Exhibitor . I am sorry for any inconvinice caused.
