2月2日と5月18日の注文では、ダンボールに梱包されず配送されたので、外箱が大きく破損した。特に5月18日の注文では事前にダンボール梱包を依頼したにもかかわらず、なにも梱包されずに配送されて外箱が大きく破損していて、送料を返金してもらった。ドイツamazonの倉庫担当者は「学習」しないみたいなので、今回の注文では必ずダンボール梱包するように厳重に倉庫担当者に伝えてください。これ以上、顧客の信頼を失わないで下さい。よろしくお願いいたします。
Regarding the February 2nd and May 18th orders, the orders were shipped without any cardboard packaging, and the outer box was greatly damaged. In particular, the order on May 18th was specifically requested in advance to have cardboard packaging to no avail. we had the shipping fee refunded.
The person in charge of the German Amazon warehouse does not seem to take the job seriously, so next time please make sure to tell the person responsible to always use the cardboard packaging.
