The Influencer is responsible for any Content they provide, and for any consequences
thereof, including the use of their Content by other users and the Company’s third party
partners. Influencers understand that their Content may be rebroadcasted by the
Company’s partners and if Influencers do not have the right to submit Content for such
use, they may subject to liability. The Company will not be responsible or liable for any use
of Content in accordance with these Terms. You, the Influencer represent and warrant that
you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to
any Content that you submit

Any social or blog post created must live on the internet for a minimum of 60 days

インフルエンサーは提供する全てのコンテンツ及び、それらによる他ユーザーや会社の第三者パートナーによる使用を含むいかなる結果に対しても全ての責任を負う。
インフルエンサーは会社のパートナーによって再配される可能性が有る事を承知するものとし、当該のコンテンツをそのように提供する権利が無い場合にはその賠償責任を負うことがある。会社はこの条件に基づき、コンテンツの使用においていかなる責任も賠償責任も負わない。インフルエンサーであるあなたが提出した全てのコンテンツについて、ここに記されている権利、能力、権限を該当者として保証するものとする。

全てのソーシャルメディアやブログのポストは最低６０日間インターネット上で公開されていること。

インフルエンサーは自身の提供するどのようなコンテンツに対しても責任を負い、引用されたコンテンツを他の利用者または弊社のパートナー企業によって使用された場合や、そこから行き着く結果に対しても責任を負う。インフルエンサーは自身の提供するコンテンツが弊社のパートナー企業によって情報拡散する可能性のあること、もしそのような可能性の下で利用する権利のないコンテンツを提供した場合に賠償責任を負う可能性があることを承諾する。弊社はこれらの協約に従ったコンテンツの利用においては、いかなる場合も責任を負わない。インフルエンサーは提供したどのコンテンツに対してもここに認められた権利を与えるのに必要な権利、権力及び権限の全てについて代理となり、保証を与える。
