3. As for the sales channel, I totally agree with your idea on-line sales is the cornerstone for the off-line sales. I trust you have your own ways to sell it, we have witnessed your performance from previous order.

4.For the agreement of exclusivity, I have send CA'S contract for your reference. I thought you almost got the general contents of agreement. The quantity for one year should be 20,000pcs, and need to pay 10% deposit of the whole quantity. I know it's a new products, then need time to make promotion. So we'd like to give you 6 month to search the market after you receive goods, but the first order no less than 40'HQ. After 6 month later,
