私がBook4で学んだのは”We become our selves by losing ourselves”ということです。
自分のこだわりを持ちすぎると自分に変化することはありません。
成長するときや自分が確立していく時というのは、確かに何かを失くした時かなと思います。
自分がアメリカに来ようと決心したのも、いろいろなものを失くす必要がありました。
やはりそうやって覚悟を決めてきたからこそ、今の自分があると思います。

If I insist on my own vision too much, I cannot change at all.
I think it is true that the timing when I can grow or can establish myself is when I lose something.
As I had to lose various things to change myself, I decided to come to the US.
As I decided my own way in that way, I am now what I am.
