早く支払いたいのですが…
Paypalの受け取り制限を解除して頂かないと支払うことが出来ません。
そちらがUSAアカウントのみの受け取り設定にしているようなので
やり方は私にはわかりません。
受け取り制限を解除後、インボイスを送ってください。
解除されればいつでもお支払い可能です。

Though I would like to pay at once...
I cannot make payment unless you remove the block of recieving in Paypal.
I don't know how to do it as recieving money from USA account only is set by you.
Please send the invoice after you release the block.
I will soon be able to pay if you do so.

I want to pay sooner...
I can't pay to you without your lift restriction of receipt at PayPal.
Because you set receive from only USA accounts.
I don't know how to pay.
