I am sorry for your concern this time. The product, as you pointed out, was shipped from Japan. This was because the item stored in the US warehouse had been just sold out.
And I did not know about your daughter's birthday. So I assumed that a delay by a few days would be no problem with you. I am very sorry.
Then I purchased the same item at another store and that will arrive on April 9. The item from Japan will be arriving a few days later. It will be automatically sent back to Japan with your refusal to accept that. I ask you to do that.
