脂肪肝(A)患者においてBGとしての肺集積が増加する可能性がある．Aが及ぼすF集積への影響と，遅延像(D)撮像による有効性を評価した．
2015年1月から8月までにHCC以外の癌患者のうち、肺を含むPET撮像を行った患者8名（男3名、女5名）を対象。
SUVはA患者で有意に非脂肪肝よりも低下した．
A患者では早期像のみでは肺の背景集積の増加により,病変が見落とされる可能性があるが，Dを撮像することで非脂肪肝と同様の画像を提供できる．A患者では積極的にDを撮像するとよいかもしれない．

Among the fatty liver patients(A), pulmonary accumulation possibly increase as a back ground. We evaluated the influence of fatty liver on F accumulation and the effectiveness of the delayed imaging(D).
During the period from January to August 2015, 8 patients (3 males and 5 females) who had PET imaging including the lungs among the cancer patients other than HCC were the targets.
SUV significantly increased in patient A more than non-fatty liver patients.
The lesion may be overlooked by only early imaging due to the increase of the lung background accumulation, but photographing the delayed imaging can provide the same picture as the one of non-fatty lever. So photographing the delayed imaging for the fatty liver patients could be highly recommended.
