荷物の状況は引き続き郵便局に調査しておりますが、メキシコ宛の荷物は大幅に遅延しているようです。

I have been asking the post office for the status of the parcel, but there seems to be a big delay in parcels to Mexico.

While we still have been investigating the situation of shipment by post office, the package to Mexico are delaying a lot.
