ご要望の件、できる限り尽力致します。
現在の状況ですが、
設計管理手配書類一式は検図中です（＝点検の意味）
ですので、遅くとも明日までには
生産管理課より送付されるかと思います。ＡＢＣ関係の書類については現在品質管理課が作成中で、9/30または10/3頃の送付になると伺っております。
このメールに続けて申し訳にですが確認です。
包装仕様の指定はありますか？特になければEEE袋を使用します。
中には乾燥剤を入れます。至急ご回答ください。

About your request, I will try my best.
Now, the situation now is that:
The design management arrangement documentation package is under checking (meaning of check)
So, I think it will be send by Production management section until tomorrow. The ABC-affiliated documents are under making by Production management section, and will be send at 9/30 or 10/3.
I want to say sorry in the letter, and also want to confirm the follow things:
Do you want to request packing specifications? If not, I will use EEE bag.
I salso put a desiccating agent in to each of them. Please reply me as soon as possible.

Department of quality control is making the documents about the relationship of A B C, so the dispatch day will be the 9/30 or the 10/3.

Currently, all production control arrangement documents are being diagram checked. So, by tomorrow at the latest, I think the documents will be sent to you from the Production Control department. ABC related documents are currently being prepared by the Quality Control department, and I understand it would be sent out around 9 / 30 or 10 / 3.
Apologies for having to ask this additionally to this mail but please let me confirm the following. Do you have any specified packages your prefer? If not, we will use the EEE bag.
We will put in some desiccant tablets inside. Please confirm as soon as possible.
