今回貴社の商品を注文しようとしましたら、住所を入力する欄が出ました。
今までなら登録住所がすぐに出て、後は支払い方法を選ぶだけだったのですが、
システムが変更されたのか?と思い、再入力を続けたところ、City欄とState/Regionの欄が
どうしても文字入力出来ません。
他の欄は白い空白になっていて入力出来ますが、この2ヶ所はグレーの状態です。
文字入力が出来ないのでそのまま進もうとすると、この2ヶ所のMIssingが出続けます。
なので支払い方法へも進めません。

友人に確認しましたところ、彼女はいつも通り住所入力をすることもなく注文完了出来たそうです。
登録住所も変えていませんし、覚えのない買い物履歴もありませんでした。
私だけ何故このようになっているのでしょう?
このままではお買い物が出来ませんので、早急な解決策を教えてください。

Why has the input system changed from before?
I confirmed to my friend and she finished the order without inputting address as usual.
I didn't change registered one, and confirmed there is no record which I don't remember ordering.
Why dose such a thing occur to only me?
Now, I'm not able to order my request. Please let me know some solution quickly.
