I am so sorry for taking long time to wait for customers. I checked the manufacturer and they were planning to send on 2nd but there was a mistake and shipping will be on 12th. It takes about a couple days to send from Japan to Taiwan so it would be delivered by 14th in fastest. Actually we had a stock but it was just sold in Japan so I need to order to manufacturer. The stock is running short of in Japan now. I am so sorry again.

We assume the product will arrive at yours on 14th at the shortest time. We originally has a stock of this product but it has sold out in Japan, so we had to order to the manufacturing wholesaler. There is a little stock in Japan therefore the problem like this has happened. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I sincerely apologize for the delay and all inconveniences that have caused. After we inquired to the factory, we found out that there was a mistake on the shipping date ---- they should have shipped it on 2nd, but instead it was scheduled on 12th. It usually takes 2 or 3 days for arriving from Japan to Taiwan. Thus, the earliest possible arriving date will be 14th...We had the product in our inventory in Japan, but it was sold to another client by very few minutes difference. Therefore, we had to ask to send from the factory and sadly led to this to be happened... Please allow me to deeply apologize again all the inconvenience. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
