It comes with a certificate.
It only distributed in Japan so it is not well recognized but this is new item that a few numbers are reprinted again in 2016.
As you said this spec is same as reprinted in 2009.
Fine wood is used and sound is excellent.
Due to my eBay selling limit I sell it cheaper than usual.
(I sold exactly same model in 2499 in last week)
