緩衝材で隙間を埋めて動かないようにし、
さらにダンボールに入れた状態で発送業者に確認させ、
保険会社から保険の加入を認められています。

I am sorry for this inconvenience caused.
The hard case was surely a thin one.
However, it was packed with cushioning in openings not to move and moreover, checked the product in the carbon box by the deliverer and permitted to insure it by an insurance company.
