1. Click on "My eBay" located at the top of any eBay page. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click on My Account" and then select "Addresses" link from the left menu.
3. Click the "change" link located to the right of either the registration address, payment address, or postal address.
I would like to share that eBay account currency is site specific. As your account registration site is eBay UK the currency will appear in British Pounds (GBP). We do not have an ability to change the currency as it is automatically as per registration site. The currency for eBay US site is USD so the option here is; you can create a new account on eBay US (http://www.ebay.com/) for the USD currency.
