As I asked credit card company, I was informed that payment had been processed once, then it was cancelled at your side. My credit card company did not reject your payment.

I have contacted the credit card company, and they have comunicated me the settlement has passed once, and later on you cancled it.
Meaning that my credit card company did not reject your settlement.
I would really apreciate if you could try once more.
