すなわち日本メーカーの物だったからです。
念のためトリアジャパンに問い合わせをしました。
商品の登録はありませんでした。
さらにロックの解除ができなく、センサーも起動しません。
私は他のセラーから2個同じものを購入していますが、
あなたから送られてきた商品はあきらかにその2個とは
違います。
