I just got on the phone with Mr. Yamada from NEC and Mr. Suzuki from IBM, separately.
According to them, they are thinking of holding 2 meetings.
The agenda for the first meeting is the procedure of the business development, as well as the effect that this acquisition has, and the support scheme for NEC in the future. They assume Mr. Yamada from NEC and John from SAP would attend this meeting.
The agenda for the second meeting is the negotiation for price reduction regarding the estimate. Mr. Ito from NEC is planned to attend.
