日本では品質に対しての評価が厳しいので、キズのあるものは正規の販売ルートから外してお客様の了解を得てから販売したほうが、結果的にブランド価値の向上につながります。
私も、安く売ることは結果的に自分の首をしめるので賛成しません。
一方でユーザーを増やすことでブランド価値を高めるのも戦略のひとつです。
キズものやセールなど限定された条件で、競合製品より買い易くしておくと、友達の友達にもブランドが認知されます。
日本でのブランド価値を上げることを目標にがんばっています。
In Japan the review for the quality is very strict so it is better to sell the items out of the genuine sales route and confirm with customer so that we can keep the brand value .
I disagree to discount as it may cause troubles to myself in the end.
On the other hand increasing users is also the tactic to raise the brand value.
Limited situation such as defective items or sales can compete against other items can be recognized by friends of friends.
