The rule of pension for foreigner is not nice and is a kind of cheating money.(you can only get back the money for the first 3 years if you suddenly leave japan after working more than 3 years unless you work for more than 25 years in Japan )

日本人は残業が好きですが、現実には、彼らは生産的ではありません。サービス残業を強制するのですから。外国人に対する年金の規則は寛大ではなく、ピンハネされている感があります（３年以上働いた後突然離日した場合、最初の３年分を取り戻せます。但し、２５年以上日本で終了した場合は例外です）。、
