しかし、今まさにＧ社の決算手続きが進行中であるため、長きに渡って書類が届きのを待つ事を
出来る状況ではないようです。実際何時頃書類が入手できそうか解りますか？
念の為、北米とカナダ分として北米オフィスからＧ社に渡している書類を添付します。
同様な書類の入手をＧ社は求めています。

However, G company's accounting process is currently progressing so we are not in a condition of being able to wait for the documents to be delivered after a long time. Do you know around what time you will be able to get your hands on the documents?
Just in case, as the portion for North America and Canada, I will attach the documents handed to G company from the North America office.
G company asks to receive the same type of documents.
