私はどうやら勘違いをしていました。
8月16日に"Returned to Sender"と記載されておりますが、
その後は返送されることなく、通常通りあなたに向けて配送されています。
おそらく、配達員が入力を間違えたのでしょう。
追跡情報によると、荷物は9月8日から保留されているようです。
代金は既に返金済みですので、
大変申し訳ありませんが、もう一度お支払い頂くか、
商品が届いたらこちらへ返品して頂けないでしょうか。

Something might have gone wrong,
The shipment was shown as "returned to sender" on Aug. 18th but it actually was sent to you without returning to us.
The delivery person must have mistakenly input the wrong information.
As I tracked it down, the shipment has been on hold since Sep. 8th.
The refund has been made already, therefore, would you mind paying for it again or returning the shipment to us once you get it?
