私は電話を貰った時に会社に居らず英語で対応出来るスタッフが居なかったので電話に出れませんでした
顧客からの返送を45日間待って何かあればまた連絡します

I'm very sorry for not being able to complete the order.
The lost stocks are what I got long ago and I couldn't get any substitutions because its price became really high.
If the condition doesn't change by the 2nd of September, it will be cancelled.
If you would like to cancel it before that, please do it with the following way.
I wasn't at work when you called, and there wasn't anyone can speak English that's why no one could pick up the phone.
I will contact you if something comes up after waiting for 45 days.
