紛失した在庫はかなり前に仕入れていた物で現在は市場価格が高騰してしまっているため替えの仕入れが出来なかった
発送期日である9月2日までに状況が変わらない場合は注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます
もしそれよりも前にキャンセルしたい場合は以下の方法でキャンセルして下さい


私は電話を貰った時に会社に居らず英語で対応出来るスタッフが居なかったので電話に出れませんでした
顧客からの返送を45日間待って何かあればまた連絡します

I'm very sorry for unable to complete the order.
The missing item was purchased quite ago. Then we couldn't purchase it additionaly, because now market price has been increased.
In case of the situation will not be change untill Sep 2nd, let me cancel the order.
If you would like to cancel before that, please proceed following process.


When you called to our office, I was out of there. So we could not handle your call, because nobody can speak English.
I will wait for response from customer for 45 days. Then I will inform you if anything happen.
