1.cease and desist from all design, production, sales and promotion of any and all products featuring the MAGFORMERS mark or trade dress identified in this Notice;
2.disclose the source or sources from which you obtained any and all products featuring the MAGFORMERS mark or trade dress identified in this Notice, including contact information;
3.permanently remove all listings which offer for sale the infringing products identified herein;
4.provide an accounting of the number of infringing products that have been sold, and how many additional products you have in inventory; and
5.send all remaining inventory of the infringing products to Magformers through our office at the address listed below.

２．本注意事項に提示されたマグフォーマーズのマークまたはトレードドレスを表示する全製品から貴方が入手したソースを開示。これには連絡先が含まれます。
３．本契約に記載されている販売に違反した製品の全出品を永劫的に削除。
４．違反製品の販売数及び在庫数
５．下記の弊社のアドレス経由によりマグフォーマーズへ違反製品の全在庫を送付。
