I think you can mention Disney Parks and Resorts as your place of employment. Also, you can tell that you are working there because you are transferred, not on business trip. If the fee is covered by insurance, please make an appointment in the hospital. As I do not have the medicine for high blood pressure any more, so please arrange it as soon as possible. Regarding the filled receipt attached, should I bring it to the hospital? I appreciate your further suggestion.
