ｘｘ国から日本への直行便はないはずです。
そうなると航空貨物はドゥバイやチャンギなどのハブ空港を経由して
日本に届けられるはずです。
ドゥバイやチャンギなどのハブ空港からなら、航空貨物を関空（KIX）に
届けることは可能です。

This is the case I requested before, but please consider of this again.
There should be no direct flights from ** to Japan.
If so, air cargo would be delivered to Japan via hub air port such as Dubai or Changi.
The package could be delivered to Kansai international air port (KIX) from hub air port such as Dubai or Changi.
