There is something I have to apologize to you.
When I was about to send your guitar, I found out that stock disappeared from the storage.
I looked for it from the day after your order till today, but i haven't been able to find it yet.
It could be lost or sold at a shop in Japan in the past, or for the worst case it could have been stolen.
This is the first time I encounter such situation, and I apologize for my late reply.
I will continue working with the shop, and will contact you later. For now, I'd like to make refund.
