48時間以内には反映されるとのことですが、未だ反映されていません。
念のためお伺いいたしますが、送金の際にエラー等は起きていませんか？
もし宜しければ、送金の際のレシートや控えがありましたら、画像を送っていただくことはできますか？
発送の準備は既にできております。

After receiving your correspondence I've been checking the bank account every day, but I can't get confirmation that the money was received, so I'm contacting you just in case.
It should be reflected within 48 hours, but it still hasn't been reflected.
I'll pay a visit just to be sure, but are you sure there haven't been errors and such while sending money?
If it's all right, could I ask you to send an image of the receipt or a duplicate from when you sent the money?
The preparations for shipping are already underway.
