I live in Japan.
I used a forwarder company in US, and received your item.
Did you list this pair of boots after checking the status?
As the rubber sole is peeling off, I cannot use the boots.
Please refer to the picture image attached.
I considered to return the item back to you, but as the shipping fee to US is so expensive($70), I cannot afford to send the item.
In order to repair it, a special technique of pressure bonding by a specialized company, and it would cost $98.
So, I would like you to issue a partial refund($40) as a part of repair fee.
If I cannot receive your response, I will directly contact to PayPal. I appreciate your help.

I cannot use it as the rubber on the bottom peeled off.
