先日、ebayから“Unauthorized use of your account -- action required”のメールが届き
ebayにログインできなくなりました。
メールの指示に従い、パスワードを変更し秘密の質問に答えebayにはログインできるようになりましたが
新しいアカウントになったようで、これまでの150ほどあった評価や、購入履歴などすべて情報がありません。
私は何も不正なことはしていません。
これまでのアカウント情報は取り戻せないんですか?

To whom it may concern,
I received an email "Unauthorized use of your account -- action required" from eBay the other day, and I was not able to log in to eBay.
Following instruction on the email, I changed password, answered to secret question and I was able to log in, but looks like it became a new account, and I cannot find any information including about 150 feedback that I received and purchase history etc. I have never violated anything.
Am I not able to regain my previous account information?
