いつもお世話になっております。
今回の注文で郵便トラブルが発生しました。
いつもと同じように封筒で商品が届きました。
封筒の口が開封されており、中を開けると空で商品が入っておりませんでした。
郵便局に問い合わせをして調査を依頼しましたが、日本国内で商品が見つかりませんでした。
アメリカで探す場合はアメリカの郵便局でしか調査依頼できませんので、
そちらでご対応お願い致します。
必要であれば調査結果の書類の写真をお見せします。

A trouble occurred by the postal service with this order.
The product in an envelope arrived as usual.
The envelope must have been opened, and as I opened it, it was empty and there was no item inside.
I contacted the post office and asked for checking on it, but I failed to find the item in Japan.
If I decide to look for the item in the States, you can only go through the USPS to ask further investigation. Therefore, I'd like you to ask to take care of it.
If necessary, I'll be happy to show you the pictures of what I had found out.
