今日ESPに確認したところ、ESPの拘りとして、ピックガードのみの加工は受け付けていないみたいです。ギターの加工とセットになります。
ギターを加工したあと、その形に合わせてピックガードを加工するようです。
その方がよりフィットしたものが出来上がるそうです。
もし宜しければ、私が責任をもってESPにギターごとを預けて完成させましょうか？
ESPのクラフトマンは世界一です。

I checked with ESP today, and ESP insists that they do not accept processing only pick guard. It will be a set with processing a guitar.
It looks like after they process guitar, they process pick guard to go with that shape.
They said they can make it more fitting that way.
If you'd like, shall I leave entire guitar to ESP and have it completed by them? I will be responsible for it.
ESP has best craftsmen int he world.
I'm sure they'll do a good job.
Have you decided on PU to put in the front?
Do you have it?

As far as I asked ESP about the guitar, it seems that the are not providing service for modification of pick guard only. They accept the modification of the pick guard together with the body of the guitar, because such modification makes better fitting of the pick guard to the guitar body.
If you would like, shall I be responsible for the modification in behalf of you by sending the whole guitar to ESP?
