This negative feedback is just an accidental one due to the consistency between automatic price update tool which was used and API of Amazon, so that it is not made because of our mistake.
We received an order with the price which is almost impossible to accept as sales price, and we cancelled totally based on the instruction of Seller Support. And then, as a result, we received such feedback.
