最近商品の配送が遅れているようですが、何か原因はありますか?
刺繍入りの商品に関しては1週間後でもヤマトへ届いていません。
それによって毎週の日本への配送の際に必要なインボイスの受け取りと提出が遅れるため、
税関で商品が止まってしまいとても困っています。
毎週金曜日までにはインボイスがないと商品の受取に遅延が生じるため、
もう少し早く配送をお願いできますか?

It seems the delivery of the item tends to be delayed recently. Do you think of the reason?
As for the item with the stitch, it does not arrive at Yamato even one week after the shipment.
Because of the delay, the receipt and submission of the invoice which is necessary for the delivery to Japan every week is also delayed, we have much trouble with the fact that the items are hold at the customs.
Unless we have the invoice before Friday, the receipt of the item would be delayed. So, can you please make shipment a little earlier?

Because of this delay, the invoicing process for the weekly shipment to Japan have been affected accordingly, thus the goods are on hold at the custom and cause trouble to us.
We should finish issuing all invoices by every Sunday in order to avoid any shipment release delay, therefore we need your delivery earlier to meet this timeline.
