もう一度確認致しますが、発送完了メールは送って頂けたのでしょうか?
それともまだ社内処理段階なのでしょうか?
もう既に4日以上は経っています。
これではトータル日数として通常配送を変わらないように思います。
せめて速達配送のメリットをもう少し重視して頂きたいと思います。

It's been more than 4 days.
The total days seem equivalent to a standard shipping.
I would be grateful if you could at least put more weight on the merit of a express shipping.

Or, is it in the process yet?
If so, the total days it takes will not be shorter than by regular mail.
What do you think about the express mail service? Is it really better in my case?
