Can you please cover the expense to receive the additives instead?
As the cost for the chemicals is covered by us, we can calculate exact price of the item, and visit your factory on 13th, Friday. But, I am not good at English very much, so can you please arrange a Japanese interpreter for me?
I am going to cancel the hotel reservation on 12th. I will get back from the island to Ho Chi Minh City, and visit your factory next morning by an airplane departing at 5am in the morning. So, can you please arrange the schedule as soon as possible? As I need to book my airplane ticked and the sea boat ticket, I appreciate your soonest reply.
