電源スイッチを押しても、電源がOFFにならない。インジケーターランプが赤のまま消えないのですが、これはこういう仕様なのか、故障なのでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。

I received an inquiry form other customer.
Even when the customer pressed the power button, it does not turn off. The indicator light remains red and is not turned off. Is it such specification, or a malfunction? Thank you in advance.
