現在エスカレートしているケースの件で問い合わせします。
私はバイヤーに商品の返送料をpaypalから送金する旨伝えたのですが、
バイヤーは、ebayからの指示で、「私がバイヤーに返送ラベルを送るまで
待つように」と言われたとのことです。
しかし日本のセラーからアメリカのバイヤーに対し返送用ラベルを作成する
ことはできないはずです。
ebayのjapanカスタマーセンターにも確認しましたが、そういう事はできない
ので、やはりpaypalから送金する方法しかないと言っていました。
