ノズルの件ですが私も気になったので調べました
このドライヤーには通常のnaと日本の家電量販店モデルのcnaがあります
na（画像１）はクリアノズル、cna（画像２）はピンクノズルが付属する様です
cnaはノズルの色が違うだけで商品自体や性能はnaと同じ物のようです
少し見にくいですが商品画像の品番が違う事が見て分かると思います

Regarding the nozzle, I did some investigation on it.
This hair drier has two models: normal na and cna (see image 2) for Japanese appliance store model.
na (image 1) comes with a clear nozzle while cna (image 2) does with a pink one.
Product/function wise, cna works the same; the only difference is its nozzle color.
It might be hard to see, but you could also tell the product numbers are different on the product images, too.
