EMS日本郵便で発送した商品は、お届け先イギリスですとparcelforceが業務を引継ぐのですが、日本郵便経由でparcelforceに問い合わせて貰ったところ、VATの請求書類をお客様のご住所に投函していたが、連絡がなく保管期限が切れたので日本へ返送したとのことでした。
お届けできず申し訳ございません。amazonから返金処理をさせていただきます。

The item sent by EMS at Japan Post is supposed to be taken over by Parcel Force in UK
to which the item is sent.
However, I asked the Japan Post to inquire the Parcel Force.
They said that they sent a document of charging of VAT to your address, but they did not hear from you and returned to Japan after the expiration of the storing period. I apologize that I could not send it to you. I will process refunding via Amazon.
