I have investigated the status of the item, it turned out that it was sent back to Japan because the period allowed for temporal holding was expired.
Regarding the items delivered by EMS Japanese Post, Parcelforse normally takes over the delivery when the destination is in England. But, when we asked Japan Post to inquire parcelforce this time, they said that parcelpost had posted the requisition papers of VAT to the customer's address, but there was no contact from the customer, and therefore they sent the item back to Japan because the period allowed for temporal holding was expired.
We are really sorry for not having been able to deliver the item. We will make refunding processes by ways of Amazon.

荷物の状況をお調べしましたところ、保留期間満了で日本に返送されているとのことでした。
EMS日本郵便で発送した商品は、お届け先イギリスですとparcelforceが業務を引継ぐのですが、日本郵便経由でparcelforceに問い合わせて貰ったところ、VATの請求書類をお客様のご住所に投函していたが、連絡がなく保管期限が切れたので日本へ返送したとのことでした。
お届けできず申し訳ございません。amazonから返金処理をさせていただきます。
