I have paid for this order via Paypal. I do not know the reason, but when I settled it, name of a person to whom I send was translated into Japanese automatically and I could not change it to Roman letter.

This order was paid with Paypal. For some reason,the shipping address automatically changed to Japanese when paying, and couldn't change it back to Latin alphabet.
Could you change the shipping address and name in English and before shipping?

This order is settled of the payment via paypal. I do not know why, but the address of the destination became the Japanese notation automatically when settling the account; I could not change it to the Romaji notation.
