I am sorry that my explanation was not clear enough. If you submit a damaged package report to USPS and I file a damaged package claim with Japan Post, insurance will reimburse me first. I will be able to make a refund to you from this insurance payment.
Or, you may send the damaged product to Japan and I will repair it and send it back to you or if I can find a replacement product, I may be able to purchase it and send it to you. There are options you can chose. Therefore, I am asking you to help us by submitting a damaged package report.
