アイテムの写真を見ました。
頑丈なアクリルのケースが割れているのでは使い物にならないと判断して
保険の請求をしました。
配送業者に壊れていたと報告して頂きたいのです。
その報告が無いと、後日調査になってしまい返金までに時間がかかるのが普通です。
そこで当店の判断で、キャンセルオーダーに応じて下さい。
即、全額返金されます。
保険の請求は取り下げないので、アイテムの処分等は一カ月待って下さい。
今回、アイテムの破損で手間を取らせて 申し訳ありません

I saw the item's picture.
As the strong acrylic case is damaged, the item was deemed useless and we filed the insurance claim.
We would like a report on item being damaged by the delivery worker.
Without that report the investigation will be delayed, and refund will generally take a lot more time.
We've decided to cancel the order and ask you to reply to the request.
Then we will immediately refund your money.
Because we're not going to withdraw the insurance claim, please wait about a month for everything concerning the item to be processed.
We're really sorry we have to trouble you because of the damage.
