早速のお返事ありがとうございます。この液が非毒性で無害であることは理解できました。ですがメールに添付しました写真でもおわかりになると思いますが、商品から液が漏れパッケージや説明書が濡れてしまっています。これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも商品の仕様上このような液漏れはおこってしまうのでしょうか？受け取りました商品の中には液漏れしていないものもたくさんあります。液漏れが商品の不具合によるものなのか、それとも仕様上おこりうることで問題ないのか、ご回答お待ちしています。
Thank you for the prompt reply. We understood that this liquid is harmless and not toxic. However, as you saw on the attached photo, the spillage soaked the packaging and the manual. That must be a defect, right? Or is the product supposed to leak that way? Among the items we received there are plenty of those that didn't leak at all. Please explain if leakage is a defect.
