Hi! Yesterday I received massage from dhl that my delivery is on hold?! I don't know why but they were asking me twice to pay 0,45 pence to have the item delivered today by 11 am,I didn't have any massage confirming my payment (which I did twice) and as I looking up to track the item is at customs. Why did I have to pay extra?

こんにちは。昨日、私が注文した分の配送が保留されているとdhlから連絡がありました。どうして彼らが、今日の午前11時までに商品を配送してもらうために0.45ペンスを2回も払えと言っているのか納得いきません。2重に支払ったという連絡は受け取っていませんし、追跡したところ商品は税関にあるようなので。どうして追加料金を払わなくてはいけないのでしょうか。
