α-STATION＆KODA KUMI W ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL EVENT! 『WINTER of LOVE in Kyoto station building』 public recording will be held!!
5.No Photos, - by digital cameras, mobile phones or video cameras -, in any case.(also No useing shooting auxiliary equipment)
撮影を万が一発見した場合は、写真・データの消去、もしくは没収をさせて頂きます。よって、当日は、「携帯電話」をステージに向ける行為等撮影しているとみられる行為はなるべくお避けください。
6. 運用安全面上、観覧は、お子様をお連れになることが大変危険ですので、自己責任のうえ、基本的には、ご参加はご遠慮ください。尚、スペシャルエリア内は、小学生以下のお子様はご参加できませんので、保護者同伴であってもエリア内のご入場はお断りさせて頂きます。
If we find that you are filming the event, we will delete or collect the picture and data.
For this reason, we encourage that you should not act that you take a picture such as showing a "mobile phone" to the stage as much as possible on the day.
6. It is very dangerous for you to view it with your children for security reason.
With your responsibility, basically we ask you not to come to the event.
As those who are younger than elementary school children cannot participate in the special area, we refuse it even if they are with their parents.
7. 手荷物・貴重品などの預かり所や、託児所はございません。:盗難・紛失・機器の故障などに関しても主催者サイドとして、責任を負いかねます。
8. ビン・カン類や火気などの危険物、またレジャーシート、イスなど場所を取るものや大きな手荷物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
9. ゴミは所定の分別の上、駅構内のゴミ箱に捨ててください。会場周辺でのポイ捨ては絶対におやめください。
10. 会場には、公共機関でお越し下さい。
7. We have neither a place where we accept your personal belongings and valuables nor a place where we accept your baby and small children. The sponsor is not responsible for theft, loss and problem caused at the equipment.
8. We ask you to refrain from bringing an item that takes up a large space such as bottle, can, dangerous item wit fire, sheet used for sitting and chair as well as large personal belongings.
9. We ask you to throw trash in the trash box set in the station after classifying it. We prohibit that you throw it away around the hall.
10. We encourage you to come to the hall by using public transportation.
11. 当日の事故・混乱防止のため、当日、様々な制限を設けさせて頂くことがございます。
12. 他の観客を傷つける恐れのある行為や迷惑になる行為はおやめください。:運営の妨げとなる行為をされますと、会場より退場していただきます。お客様同士のトラブルは責任を持って当事者同士で解決していただき、主催者は一切関知いたしません。
13. やむを得ない事由により、主催社判断で企画内容を変更させていただく可能性がございます。
11. We might set a variety of restrictions on the day for preventing accident and confusion.
12. We ask you to refrain from taking an act or inconvenience that is likely to hurt other viewers.
If you act in the way that prevents management of the event, we ask you to leave the hall.
Customers have to solve the trouble that is caused between the customers with responsibility.
The sponsor is not responsible for it at all.
13. By unavoidable reason, we might change details of the event by decision made by the sponsor.
14. イベント中に各媒体による取材が入りますのでご了承下さい。また、客席内を含む会場内の「映像」・「写真」が公開される場合がありますのでご了承ください。
15. 会場内へのペットの同伴はできません。（介助犬等は除く）
※以上を守れない方がいた場合、イベントを中止する事がございます。予めご了承ください。皆様の温かいご理解のもとご協力くださいますよう、宜しくお願い申し上げます。
14. The media cover the event, and the pictures and videos of the event site including the area of customers' seats may be made public. We appreciate your understanding.
15. Pets are not allowed besidesa service dogs.
