1/5発送いたしましたご注文のアロマディフューザーセットですが付属のアロマオイル２点が危険物にあたるため航空便では発送できないということで国際郵便局より返送されてきました。
私の勉強不足（資料不足）でご迷惑をおかけして大変申し訳ございません。商品をキャンセルしていただき返金させていただきたくご連絡いたしました。

The aroma diffuser set that you ordered and we shipped on January 5th was returned from the international post office because it cannot be shipped by airmail due to the fact that the attached two aromatic oils are classified as hazardous materials.
I deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by lack of understanding on my part (insufficient information). I am contacting you to ask for an order cancellation and a refund.
