日本からの個人輸入が増えたため、税関の検査が厳しくなったと聞いております。
最近の事例としては、税関からお客様にご連絡が行くようです。
その際、関税や消費税の納付の請求があるとのことですので、できるだけ早く対応されることをご期待申し上げます。
なお、急きょ、荷物の受け取りをキャンセルしたい場合は、税関にご連絡いただければ、当店に商品が返送となります。その後、当店からお客様に商品代金を返金いたします。
