I have followed-up Japan Post regarding the whereabouts of the parcel but it will take a month until the result so they cannot confirm its details and such at the moment. If you want to ask for refund or redelivery, please let me know. I am really sorry for causing an inconvenience to you who have bought the Japanese product from Israel.
